The room was decent sized and compact with an extremely comfy bed. the location was fantastic, just a pleasant stroll away from a commercial botany gallery. - It's just next door to tourist destinations like Flurry, Mocambo, Burma Burma, the Park, and Park Street, the happening place in Kolkata.

Over my Xmas stay at a hotel in the heart of Kolkata, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to several local restaurants and shops. the rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay.

Some aspects of my stay left something to be desired. The rooms were lacking in proper ventilation, and some did not have windows at all.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to an amazing connecting room which was truly appreciated, especially by our family member who needed assistance. The staff at the front desk, including Prateek, Megha, and Riyaz, were fantastic and ensured our every need was met. This hotel is in a central location, only minutes away from Park Street and very close to New Market. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms were very clean, had daily servicing, air conditioning, and both hot and cold water. The staff were great and made our stay very comfortable.
